　As the above diagram shows, each of the three areas of “Strategy,” “Management,” and “Accounting & Finance” can each be further divided into more specific categories.

【Strategy】
　In the area of Strategy, focus on setting the corporate goals and direction and how to achieve them. This begins with the broad and abstract “Corporate Philosophy” that forms the foundation of the company, then narrows down to more specific and localized strategies and administration areas, ultimately leading to the classification of “Service Administration” that covers contact points with customers.

【Management】
　In the area of Management, the focus is primarily on employees. It can be categorized into Organizational Design, which determines how employees work, and People Management, which focuses on the minds of employees.

【Accounting & Finance】
　In the area of Accounting & Finance, the focus is primarily on the flow of money. It can be categorized into Accounting, which evaluates past spending, and Finance, which focuses on future spending.

　The overall picture of corporate management consists of “Strategy,” “Management,” and “Accounting & Finance” as mentioned above. However, to achieve success in corporate management and business, it is essential for executives and each employee to possess business skills. Specifically, the following five skills can be identified:
