In the area of Management, the focus is primarily on employees. It can be categorized into Organizational Design, which determines how employees work, and People Management, which focuses on the minds of employees.
【Accounting & Finance】
In the area of Accounting & Finance, the focus is primarily on the flow of money. It can be categorized into Accounting, which evaluates past spending, and Finance, which focuses on future spending.
