In the previous article, “This blog and I (2),” I mentioned that instead of taking the approach of “how to take profits away from companies and management,” the approach should be “how to increase the profits of companies and management and use those profits as the basis for pay raises.”
This approach would proceed in the following order.
1) Increase the profits of the company
2) Distribute these profits to the workers
The question that arises here is: who is going to raise earnings? As mentioned above,I will not take the approach of realizing pay raises in a way that takes profits away from the company or management. Therefore, I would consider the approach in which workers receive the earnings that they earn themselves.
In light of the above, in order to achieve the first goal of “Increase the profits of the company” it is essential for each individual worker to learn how to increase profits.
This is, so to speak, a “Bottom-up reform.” And what is needed to realize this reform is an understanding of the “Overall picture of Corporate Management and required business skills.”
